In order to apply and receive Missouri Child Care Relief funds, providers must review and complete the following steps.
- Payments are made through MissouriBUYS state system. To register, go to MissouriBUYS. For assistance, email: missouribuys@mo.gov.
- Providers must demonstrate up-to-date paid taxes. To obtain a tax clearance, submit a Request Tax Clearance Form – 943 or submit a Certificate of No Tax Due letter along with your application. For assistance, email: taxclearance@dor.mo.gov
- E-verify must be on file with the State of Missouri. One of the forms for either Box A, B, or C is required. The form can be downloaded here and submitted to ChildCareRelief@dese.mo.gov.
Additionally, for Startup/Expansion/Enhancement and Technical/Business Assistance, providers must visit the Small Business Development Center website to request a one-on-one consultation for applicable activities.
